The cordon remained in place on Boxing Day while a significant police presence is still at the scene including forensics teams.

Flowers were left on the pavement outside of the cordon in tribute to the man who has died just off the busy high street.

Many people had left cars in the cordon prior to the tragic Christmas Eve killed and have been unable to pass the cordon.
