Who Is Faith Parker From Cincinnati? Arrest, Jail Sentence and Charges With Assault On Couple

An 18-year-old woman is under arrest in connection with the alleged assault of a local couple at The Banks over the weekend.

Faith Parker, of Mt. Healthy, is charged with assault and disorderly conduct. Police say in court documents she was “highly intoxicated” while fighting at The Banks DORA and that she punched a victim in the face several times.

Parker is at the Hamilton County Justice Center held on 10 percent of a $20,000 bail for the assault charge.

Police say Parker’s arrest follows from their investigation into the alleged assault of Colleen Herman and her husband after the Reds game on Saturday night around 1 a.m.

The victim and her companion were both hurt in the incident, according to the police. According to police allegations, several individuals repeatedly hit the man in the head.

According to authorities, both victims declined medical assistance on the spot.

Faith Parker Assault On Couple Explored

According to court filings, Parker hit Colleen Herman numerous times while intoxicated. Herman and her husband, David, were allegedly accosted by Parker and a larger group of individuals while they waited for their Uber.

Herman took to Facebook to describe what she says happened. She claims she and her husband were waiting for an Uber near Jefferson Social when they were attacked from behind and beaten by a group of around 10 men and one woman. She says the attack was unprovoked, that neither she nor her husband had prior words with the alleged attackers or had ever seen them before.

Herman says her husband is in the hospital being monitored for a brain bleed.

Herman reports that her husband was watched for a brain bleed in the hospital. Herman sat next to her husband in court and urged the judge to imprison Parker.

“For my family, this has been a challenging experience. I’m a stay-at-home mom of two little children. I’ve never engaged in physical conflict. I’ve been keeping my kids with my parents since I’m too scared to let them stay at my house, “Herman remarked.

“Because I am too terrified for them to see my face. I haven’t seen my babies in a week.” Parker shook her head in disagreement as Herman continued.

Is Faith Parker Still In Jail? Her Jail Sentence and Arrest Charges

According to court documents, Faith Parker was detained on East Freedom Way. For the assault charge, Parker is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a 10% $20,000 bail.

The arrest of Parker, according to the police, is a result of their investigation into the alleged attack on Colleen Herman and her husband on Saturday night at around one in the morning following the Reds game.

In court, Herman stood next to her husband and asked the judge to keep Parker behind bars.

“This has been extremely traumatic for my family. I am a stay-at-home mother with two babies. I’ve never been in a fight in my life. My children have been staying with my parents because I am too afraid to have them at my home,” Herman said. “I haven’t seen my babies in a week because I am too afraid for them to see my face.”

The prosecution said that David’s accused assailants are still at large and that someone stole the couple’s phones and David’s cash during the altercation. However, Cincinnati police have not stated whether they are looking for more suspects since Faith Parker is the only one charged in this event to date.

After Colleen Herman posted about the incident on Facebook, this incident received a lot of attention on social media.

Sources contacted a Herman family member, but they declined to comment on the matter. CPD has not responded to requests for additional information.
